1. Terms of Service

1.1. Acceptance of Terms: By using the PolyQA app or website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2. Use of the Service: You must be at least 13 years old. Don't misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer any part.
1.3. Accounts and Access: You're responsible for your account and data accuracy.
1.4. Subscriptions and Payments: Managed via Stripe. Cancel anytime in the app.
1.5. Intellectual Property: All content is owned by Dominik Wexenberger.
1.6. Disclaimers: Provided "as is" — no guarantees on learning results.
1.7. Limitation of Liability: No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
1.8. Governing Law: Governed by Mexican law.

2.1. Data Collected: Email, voice/text input, preferences, payment info.
2.2. Use of Data: To personalize, improve, process payments, and notify you.
2.3. Legal Basis: Consent, contract, or legitimate interest under GDPR.
2.4. Your Rights: Access, update, delete data, or withdraw consent via support@polyqa.com.
2.5. Retention: As long as your account is active.
2.6. Data Sharing: Firebase, Google APIs, Stripe — never sold or rented.
2.7. International Users: Data may be processed in or outside Mexico.
2.8. California Residents: CCPA rights respected (no data selling).
2.9. Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to provide essential features (such as authentication and subscription management), analyze usage, and improve your experience. By using PolyQA, you consent to the use of these technologies. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings.
